What is J.S.A.?: The Japan Sommelier Association (J.S.A.) was established in 1976 with the aim of providing people with richer eating habit, helping restaurants to promote better management, improving the social status of those who engage in wine and promoting social welfare and public hygiene through various activities. The activities include improving the performance of those who engage in wine, improving service, enhancing knowledge of wine and other beverages, and promoting food sanitation and restaurants’ hygienic environment.
