2006年より北京のヒルトンホテルでソムリエからヘッドソムリエに。
2008年、ペニンシュラ香港のソムリエとなり、現在キー・クラブ上海でソムリエとして
      ワインサービスのほか、管理、イベント企画、店内オペレーションに関わる。

    My major tasks involve selecting wines, designing wine list, organizing wine event, up-selling wines, hosting wine event for members, and managing floor operation.

  • April, 2008 to March, 2009
    Sommelier, Gaddi’s, The Peninsula Hong Kong
    I was in charge of beverage especially wine at Gaddi’s. My major tasks were to up-selling wines at restaurant, which includes recommending wines, paring food with wine, etc.

  • April, 2006 to February 2008
    Sommelier to Head Sommelier, Hilton Beijing
    I started hotel wine program, which includes wine agent training, organize various wine promotional activities for restaurants and bars, prepare and analyze wine sales report, designed and maintain wine lists.
    I perform wine recommendations at restaurant on a daily basis. During my time working in Hilton Beijing Hotel, I successfully organized the Hilton 9th & 10th “International Food & Wine Experience”, which is one of the biggest wine exhibitions in China.
